VANCOUVER, Wash. – Northwest Fight Promotions will hold its second ever show in Vancouver, Wash. when it heads to the RV Inn Style Resorts Convention Center on Saturday, March 25.
Located at 7607 NE 26th Ave, Vancouver, Wash., the RV Inn Style Resorts Convention Center will host a combination of professional and amateur mix martial arts action with doors opening at 5 p.m. and fights beginning at 6 p.m.
“We’re extremely excited to be returning to Southwest Washington for our second MMA event,” said George Dodd, owner of Northwest Fight Promotions, which will present the show in association with UFC veteran Ed “Short Fuse” Herman. “We had such a great experience the first time down in Vancouver we couldn’t wait to come back.”
Northwest Fight Promotions made its debut on Nov. 19, 2022 with Brandon Cromartie triumphing in the main event with a unanimous decision over a very-game Brennon Crow. Cromartie, a native of Vancouver, will look to make it back-to-back victories when he faces Brandon Altomore, who will be fighting as a pro for the second time in his career following an undefeated amateur career.
The card will also feature additional pro bouts between Gabriel Austin Daffron at 136 pounds, Abraham Campos and Nicholas Martin at 160, Phelan Carron and Ilay Barzilay at 156, and Quenton Hansen and Daniel McIlhaney at 136.
The 10-bout card will also have amateur fights including Ty Morris and Maxwell Salvador (126 pounds), Leyo Ricas and Paul O’Neal (146), Anthony Clifford and Mathew McCain (155), Carl Sommer and Brandon Hendly (heavyweight), and Anthony Iven and Julius Shipton.
Also on hand will be Herman, who currently holds the longest uninterrupted tenure on the active UFC roster, having made his promotional debut nearly 17 years ago. Herman, a native of Vancouver and graduate of Columbia High School, has fought 26 times for the UFC and was a finalist on SpikeTV’s The Ultimate Fighter 3 in 2006.
